Goldmark Morley

I went to Morley Galleria store looking for a necklace for my daughter. I commend the sales person Jordan for his amazing service. He was great at helping me with my purchase. I also treated myself to some silver earrings. 2 pairs!! 26th August.

My friends and I were shopping for another one of our girlfriend's and she wanted a good bracelet and bangle, we were on a budget and had gone to all the jewellery shops in Morley. Goldmark was our last stop, Mel was absolutely amazing and was the most friendly and honest out of all the shops. We bought a lovely bracelet in our budget 😃 Thank you Mel and Goldmark Morley.

Today I went into Morley Galleria Goldmark to find a necklace for myself. My Dad died 2 weeks ago, and I was given one of his rings by my mother. I specifically wanted a heavy duty, but feminine necklace to wear his ring on. I was served by Jordan. Through my tears, he was compassionate, understanding and empathic of my situation. He made a very difficult experience for me bearable. Thankyou Jordan at Morley Galleria for your kind hearted mannerisms, patience amd assistance.

The strap on the watch I bought for my daughter in August broke and I couldn’t locate the receipt. I spoke to Ashleigh to see what could be done and with the details from my bank statement was able to confirm my purchase and is arranging a replacement. Fantastic service 👌

Purchased a white gold diamond bracelet for a birthday gift. Tried to get it exchanged as person was allergic to white gold. Manager was very rude and said it was outside 30 day returns and would not do an exchange. Purchased on 22/7 and tried to get exchange on 25/8. Very poor customer service will never use again

The day of buying numerous earrings, I had to interrupt the staffs general chit chat to buy the items. The next few days later, I wanted to return earring that were an unwanted gift. I was then advised I cant do refunds, which I know other jewellerys who do so from now on Shields or any other store will be the new jewellery store for me.

Walked in to the store on Sunday, it was dead quiet. I browsed for a few minutes then walked up to the counter where there was a staff member using the computer. I waited for a minute there, no attention paid to me as yet so i grabbed a specials catalogue and looked at that while waiting for them to attend to me. One girl walked out the back, shortly after, the other disappeared out the back room. I was with my partner who was also browsing for this 5 minutes before they disappeared and neither approached him either. For a good minute they remained out the back and by this stage, I was a tad irked. So in a rather loud voice, I said my partner 'I guess nobody is working here today ' and started to walk out the store. Upon hearing that, they both came out of the back room. I didnt bother looking back and proceeded into the closest Jewellery Store where the lady was super helpful, friendly and delightful and spent double what I planned.

Silly girls. Did you think that because I dress like a gypsy, have lots of tattoos and came in bare footed that I couldnt afford your goodies or didn't deserve your attention? Take a lesson from the sweetheart sales woman at Angus & Coote that got your sale 😘

The only positive out of my whole visit to gold mark Morley was staff member Kayla.
Store manager absolutely horrible to interact with and shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Worst customer service...2 girls on Friday...so unfriendly, I wanted a pair of earrings , but because of how rude they were, I walked out.
