Visited today to find rainbow dresses for our girls and the lady at the store was 15/10 fantastic! Very helpful, accommodating, and super friendly. I was forced into buying a dress from them and the next day when I tried to return it unworn and with the tags still attached, with the receipt I was told I couldn’t return it because it’s formal wear but no where in the store did it mention that, it mentions jewellery, underwear and hair accessories being non refundable but nothing about formal wear. The manager of the place was also highly rude and highly disrespectful claiming it was my fault I didn’t know despite it not being mentioned to me or anywhere in the store, it was however on the receipt of the item that I was given after I purchased it that it couldn’t be refunded.
