I recently purchased a car from BNI Wholesale and have been very impressed with the experience.
I do not normally write reviews but they have went above and beyond my expectations.
The car and the service received were top class and the price was very competitive.
The car developed a slight issue a few days after purchase through no fault of the dealers but they resolved it incredibly quickly after I called them.
Many other dealers would have washed their hands of the issue but BNI took ownership so you can buy from them with confidence as they will look after you after the car is sold. Would highly recommend if purchasing a used car in Darwin.

June 4th 2022, We drove up from Katherine looking for a Family Ute. We noticed a beautiful Nissan Nivara parked at the front of the Yard. Had a good look at it, Bill and Kate asked if we wanted to take it for a Test Drive. The Customer Service was amazing, very quick, honest, transparent and straight to the point. We were able to get the truck for an Great price. If your looking to purchase a Vehicle in Darwin, We 100% recommend coming here, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Kate!!

On my recent trip to Darwin, I had an absolute nightmare trying to rent a car at an even remotely affordable price. Billy was referred to me by a personal friend & stepped up massively by helping me out with his own personal vehicle. After 23 years of working all over the world as a professional touring musician, I must say it’s extremely rare to come across this kind of generosity whilst on the road. Honestly can’t thank Billy enough, greatly appreciated mate!

I recommend everyone looking for a car to check out this business and the team behind it, true local legends that go above and beyond to help you out, I bought a car that had just arrived in the yard that unfortunately had an unforeseen issue but after a quick call with the owner he gave me a full refund and helped me find a new car which is going great! He even let me borrow his own personal car to pick my partner up from the airport while he did a service on the car I have now. I've never come across a dealer that has helped me out more than these guys!

Billy is a awesome guy, easy to talk too, very friendly and extremely helpful. I've had a really good experience! Would definitely recommend him and he's cars! Great selection at really good prices! Top bloke 😀

I had a g8 experience with this company, Will from (BNI Wholesale) was fantastic he got me an awesome deal for my car to get from darwin to brisbane within a day of me notifying him. I was going through another company which was going to cost me an extra $1000 plus if I cancelled it was going to cost me $330. This is where Will came in aswell he organised the negotiation with them and he was the one that came out on top for me. So now my car will be travelling to Brisbane happily on a truck with no extra stress..I thankyou so much Will your awesome..😇😀🙂

I strongly recommend BNI to buy used car. I bought a car from BNI and then realized headlights are blown. Told them and Louise quickly purchased new lights and replaced it. When I tried to transfer the car, I had an issue with MVR. Car was still under previous owner. Informed Bill, he contacted MVR and tried to fix the issue but somehow it didn’t work. I went MVR Parap 4 times but couldn’t transfer the car. Bill spoke to MVR agent and supervisor on the phone when I was in MVR 5th time but still not fixed. Then Bill personally came to MVR Parap and fixed the issue. I think it was MVR’s mistake and Bill came from 15km away and solved the problem otherwise I would still struggling with MVR.
All in all, I am happy with the car, their service and support.

Will was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and saved me days (literally DAYS) of running back and forth to the MVR. Will helped me with everything I needed, he helped with paperwork/phone calls/staff at the MVR (and it was on one of those days where everything was going wrong and I was ready to cry) and he did it as a kindness. There's not a lot of kindness around at the moment and he was a gem. I'll be paying it forward when I have the chance. I would recommend Will and BNI Wholesale for all your vehicle needs.
