I had labrum surgery to my left shoulder after a dislocation earlier this year. Pre-surgery and post-surgery Paul was critical to my recovery and helped me get back to full form within 4 months post surgery - this is incredible, just do a quick Google search on how long labrum surgeries typically take to recover from.

I saw Paul for one session each week for a month in March and April this year due to a pinched nerve in the neck - C6/7 radiculopathy I think it was called. With the stretching exercises he gave me as well as other home treatments, the tingling and numbness has almost completely gone! He knows what he is doing, he doesn’t waste your time, his experience is invaluable and I cannot recommend him enough! His treatment also was only minimally limiting at the gym which was wonderful!
