I came to Betts Innaloo a couple of weeks ago. I'd spent about a month looking for Bridal heels for my wedding this year and I found the most gorgeous, classic heels here.

As soon as I walked into Betts Innaloo, I was welcomed by a lovely girl. I can't remember her name, but she had brown hair. She was incredibly helpful and friendly when I was looking for the perfect shoe.

I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day 😍

Betts innaloo WA was fantastic. Great sales assistants and i left with the best looking heels at a bargain price

Stewart was of great help. I bought airflex shoes and after two months they broke, Stewart swapped them over without a fuss even though they were purchased at a different Betts store.

Rude, felt embarrassed how my family here from NSW was treated by the blonde hair girl. Snatched the shoe out of his hand like it was too much trouble.
Don't understand why he even gave her the sale in the end.

Not helpful or willing to negotiate on a faulty pair of shoes. Other stores have better customer service.
