I received a call saying part of my order was actually out of stock and it was arranged for a replacement of 2 lots of seedlings instead of one of my more expensive choice . After 30 min the seedlings still weren't found and I left without them as I has a Dr app . I was contacted 5 days after and my complaint had been fully rectified , with missing seeds being posted out . 😊

I may have provided a review previously when I first moved to Tassie earlier this year. But having just visited Canberra again where I lived for 30 years, and needing a few things, I have to repeat my positive comments on the Burnie store. The level of service alone is 100% better than I have experienced in Canberra. Well done to management and the staff of the Burnie store.

Great hardware store in the best location for locals and travellers. Everything that you need for repairs and supplies. Sizeable carpark that can facilitate parking all sized rigs. Great opening hours for those emergencies that require your attention. Well reccommended

Always nice to go to what I call the old boys play store. They seem have everything us old boys need at the right price. Very happy to go there. Even after some I still like going to the big boys play store. Getting new stuff in nearly very visit.

friendly staff, they are happy to help you. Not just with a single thing but everything on your list, they will even help you take stuff to your car. Garden section is top notch. Always bright and colourful even of the worst rainy days.
