Went to get dry food for my dog and was correctly advised by the staff who directed me to a more suitable product. They informed me as well on the return policy in case you for baby doesn’t like its new kibble. Overall very friendly and helpful

The Burnie staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of specialty pet food, dog probiotics, vitamins, treats, pet clothing, toys, and grooming products.

I love the way this store is laid out. I never have trouble finding what I need for my dog. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.
They even took on a suggestion that I had as a newcomer to Tassie regarding the COVID19 barcodes as they didn't have one at the time and a staff member said she'd bring it up with her manager. Next time I went there one was available to use.

Our dog loves this store and gets excited because he knows where he is going. He enjoys visiting the store because he knows he will either get treats or a new toy !

Great service, the staff are always very helpful.

Plenty of food and treats for your furry, feathery and/or scaley kids. They also have a good range of leads, collars, toys and pet beds as well as medications, flea treatments etc. If you go there, chances are that you will meet some of the nice staff. I have always found that they are happy to dote over any pictures you have of your new babies or over the actual pet person should they venture into the shop. Amy has a penchant for stealing your dog, so watch out for her ;-)
