I was super happy with the customer service here! We had asked for a specific balloon for an upcoming party, an employee Layla helped us and was so nice. She had stopped what she was doing to help, she was very informative and super helpful, she was genuine and actually wanted to help and had no worries at all showing us where things were. Made my experience shopping at spotlight so much better!

Very busy due to sale but had the heated towel rail I wanted. Didn't realise to get the full sale price you needed to be a Spotlight member but that was easily sorted. Only drawback, it's such a crowded store with products you really need to know where to look. Maybe take note of Bunnings website that tells you what isle an item is, other than that, a good store.

Needed some curtain material. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even explained how much material I needed for my cafe curtains. Very happy
