I was at Innaloo lovisa a few days ago and was pierced by Lexi, excellent customer service, she made sure I was ready and did an amazing job . Definitely will recommend her to others!

On Saturday 17th December in the morning I was in Lovisa Innalloo. I received excellent customer service & guidance from 2 helpful staff members. It is so refreshing to receive friendly service. I was looking for an anxiety ring. This is the 2nd time I have visited a Lovisa store & both times excellent service. Thank you

Friendly staff who are keen to help! Huge shout out to the manager on shift (I didn't catch her name) as she was amazing at assisting me with a gift idea! Great atmosphere!

Helpful staff, but no jewellery store in Westfield Innaloo had piercing barbells... beyond ear/nose studs and rings. If you had what I wanted I would have paid full price as I couldn't shop around without waiting ages. Thankyou.

I have never experienced such bad manners from a shop assistant. I bought a pair of blue earrings 4 hours earlier. When I paid for them I said to the assistant don't worry about the receipt. When I met my daughter she said she needed teal. I returned to the store and asked for an exchange not a refund. I was told I can't do either because I had no receipt, the assistant knew I was in earlier and I could provide proof of purchase on my card. There was no signs anywhere in the store to explained their refund policy to which would support her rude argument. What absolute nonsense, by law there must be a clear notice explaining refund policy. I will never recommend that store no matter how cheap it is.
