Ordered 8 outdoor chair cushion sets and they arrived before Christmas exactly as I hoped they would be. Staff at the factory were very helpful making great suggestions when I ordered them and the progress of the manufacture was notified every step of the way. Just received my cushions ordered from The Cushion Factory. They look fabulous around my pool and are very well made. The whole process of ordering has been so easy I was able to visit their showroom in Richmond Vic. and peruse their wonderful array of fabrics. They were delivered within ten days and I am over the moon. I can't praise them enough.

This company is marvellous. The ordering process was very simple, and they keep you up to date throughout the manufacturing process. The cushions are beautifully made, and the fabric is exactly as we wanted... perfect colour... matching the sample on the website. We're delighted.

I am annoyed that I had any reservation about using this company. My experience with Cushion Factory was very professional. I was able to provide a custom order of the fabric I wanted and pleased my request could be made to a very specific dimension. I really liked that a personalised timeline was provided with each stage of the process and thrilled with the end result. The cushions are of a great quality. Good firmness and fabric matched my exact requirements. I will be using them again for my next house update. I think my kitchen nook looks great!!

Ordered these cushions at the Cushion Factory and their service was second to none. It was a big investment for us and the amount of emails that I exchanged with them before making up my mind (just checked and it's 50!), but never did they make me feel like I was too much. Another company I emailed with were very short, didn't answer all the questions in my emails, didn't communicate properly - they were a bit cheaper but their customer service was rubbish.

I discovered Cushion Factory on their website, which was very easy to navigate to see the wide range of fabrics and styles, and to place my order after receiving the instant quote. My enquiries on the phone and later in store were responded to professionally and were helpful. I was given samples of fabric to take home and to assist my final choice. The cushion that was made by Cushion factory fits my couch exactly. i was very pleased with the quality and finish of this cushion.

I give this company 5 stars based on the customer service alone! I live in a remote area, so all contact was via email, and Sandrine was so helpful and patient, answering my million questions speedily and with good humour, and happily posted a number of fabric samples from their huge range until I found just what I was looking for.
I love the campervan bench seat covers that the Cushion Factory made for my HiAce. The company kept me "in the loop" throughout the production process, and my beautifully made, well fitting cushion covers were delivered to the door within the timeframe the company had specified.

Ordered my new pool lounger cushions at the cushion factory. They arrived early and look sensational. I could check their manufacturing progress via a link sent. Overall very happy, great service.

Twelve months on still going strong. I thought I'd wait to review to see how they went. I had 2 bench cushions and 4 throws made to replace the cushions on a cheap no name brand setting. The frame was good but the old cushions terrible. The new cushions have survived summer bushfire smoke, driving rain, high winds and beating sun - they're still like new. During the Melbourne Covid lockdowns it was a real savior to be able to go and lie outside - even after rain as they cushions drained so well. They've been worth every dollar....When time comes to replace the setting I'll certainly be coming back for more cushions.
