Heritage manor set on 57 acres, Scout venue and accom for public. Gardens, trees, birds, it has everything. Well worth a visit and a stay.

The first thing my partner and I agreed on after we got engaged was that we wanted to get married somewhere where everyone could stay the night. Old Woodhouse Manor perfectly fit the bill. It is the most picturesque setting and very well equipped to host large gatherings, with a very well equipped kitchen and large dining hall. The building doesn't have all the luxurious mod cons but we were more than willing to forgo these for the character and beauty that only a 160 year old building can provide. Emily and Sally were extremely helpful and accommodating during the planning stage which we are so grateful for. All of our guests absolutely raved about the beauty of the setting and there was so much space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Woodhouse was such a key part of our wedding weekend being spectacular and we couldn't be happier.

Have been coming to Woodhouse Manor for school and church camps for years and have so many memories to look back on. Its my favorite place to stay. 💕
Only disappointment I had was the lack of couches in the living room. Missed being able to sit somewhere comfortable and chat or read a book.

What a hidden gem. Perfect place for a function

Beautiful manor and gardens area. Went for a wedding and it was perfect. Accommodation for guests staying was basic but sufficed for a single night.
