Excellent knowledgeable mechanic, possibly a magician with how quickly he diagnosed and fixed a very bizarre turning/acceleration problem on my 25yo WRX and then sorted out my Prados alternator when it was on its way out. He’s also very thorough, picking up and fixing a few other issues on the old Rexy.
In addition to the above, he is always friendly and up-front with costs, which are always very reasonable.
I’m very happy to have found such a knowledgeable mechanic who I can trust to do a great job with my cars, I will definitely be a long-term customer (with hopefully not too frequent visits).

We drove from Perth to Darwin and got our van checked out and a service, the mechanic had great communication, sorted all the issues it had within the day at a great price plus recommended future works which he highlighted on our invoice. Went above and beyond to clean the van/engine. We drove away feeling very happy.

Alan did a mountain of work on my Hilux including a full suspension upgrade. I am very happy with the results and especially with the bits and pieces identifed along the way to improve the vehicle due to his clear mechanical knowledge / expertise. I will be using AWS always in future.

My 05 Prado was in need of a fairly extensive service and a few issues needed addressing before driving over 3500km interstate (return) to be with family after the passing of my father. AWS accommodated this job at relatively short notice and I genuinely appreciate the honesty with which Allan acted, and the amount of time and professional attention he afforded my car, and at a very reasonable price for the amount of work done. Even the invoice was concise and detailed.

In business your time is precious and my car took up a decent amount of AWS's and for that, in this time, I am very grateful.

I'm new to Darwin and had trouble attaching one of my new NT number plates at the MVR at Parap. I went around to AWS and the guy there dropped what he was doing and helped me out. It was probably a bit of a nuisance for him on what was obviously a busy day, but he did it cheerfully at no charge and saved me some hassle. I'll be bringing my car here for its services from now on. Thanks!

Absolutely Recommend, my car had massive issues (felt dangerous)I went in first thing this morning and within 1hr get a call saying front left drive shaft is gone (I'm lucky I didn't crash the ) and he replaced it by lunch running beautifully, Absolutely great customer service and good price.
