I recently visited this delightful cocktail bar, and I must say it left a lasting impression. The expertly crafted cocktails were a highlight, each sip a delightful symphony of flavors. The ambiance, enhanced by the sophisticated Mattiazzi Osso chairs, lent an exclusive touch to the experience, making it a perfect setting for a memorable night out.

Quiet cocktail bar with very friendly and amazing bar staff. Huge selections of wines also and great food from their sister restaurant. Guava cosmo is mwah!

Loved the cocktails here, really fantastic . You have to try the La Dolce Vita, it really does taste just like strawberry cheesecake mmmm. The lavender gin was also interesting with the hint of lavender.

Booked a table before a concert rather than the crowds and mass service at rod laver. Service was great and very friendly. The options for cocktails, wine etc were broad and inviting! My martini was perfect. The small plates to share were high quality and just what we wanted. Outstanding dish? The croquettes.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my company's Christmas party at The Ugly Duckling - Richmond, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the barstaff and team went above and beyond to ensure that our event was a success. The service was incredible - the staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure that our guests were well taken care of throughout the night.

The food was delicious and the drink selection was impressive. The aesthetic of the space was also perfect for our event - it had a great vibe and atmosphere that really made the party feel special. The team truly exceeded our expectations and made our Christmas party one to remember.

Had a special occasion that I wanted to celebrate at the Ugly Duckling and reached out to them to try and arrange, Craig got back to me very promptly and was super helpful organising everything, he really went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs.

Venue is amazing, wine was great, service was outstanding couldn’t recommend enough!

I bought some bottled cocktails for a friends birthday, they looked great and the presentation was beautiful. What I really appreciated was their service. I left it to the last minute and they did everything they could to accommodate. Genuine hospitality!

Loved the Ugly Duckling, fit out by Flack Studio is stunning, menu is sensational and good priced diverse wine list and groovy cocktails with very interesting suppliers. Everything here is a cut above. It's not hipster, It's hip! There's a big difference!!! Service is attentive, unobtrusive and high class. Def. book a table. Gets busy later but come at 5 and be bathed in sunlight then watch the guests flow in for a beautiful civilised bar experience! loved it.

I've been here a few time for post diner cocktails and it's great. They have an extensive cocktail menu (I can't not order the chocolate negroni), the wine list is extensive and the beer selection is great. I find the staff there always helpful and attentive, especially when it comes toward the end of the night.

Hats off to the amazing team behind the bar. Whether its a busy period or a slower time they will always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you’re considering a visit, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Great venue, knowledgeable bartenders and huge selection of wines.

Always before going out and always after going out you guys always provide the joy through your cocktails at any point of the day or night. A must visit for anyone living here or even better if ur visiting.
