Bunnings Palmerston

This is our usual Bunnings and we love it, but we had a great experience today and wanted to share - Jewel in the paint section was so unbelievably helpful! She didn’t rush and was very accommodating in trying to find a perfect colour match. She was also very friendly and kind. Thanks, Jewel!

I had the best customer service in my whole 72 yrs of my life from Maggie at Bunnings Palmerston.

Helpful knowledgeable staff with some personal energy. We had to come out to Palmerston from darwin central because the darwin branch had lost/mislaid the product they are advertising as available, and weren't taking proper ownership of the issue so after being mucked about for an hour we headed out to palmerston branch.
What a difference - they knew exactly what we were asking for and were able to direct us precisely to where to find it. Altogether a good experience.

Must be one of the biggest Bunnings I have been to. Massive under cover parking. Over 70 aisles of goodies plus big nursery on one end and bigger Trade section at the other end. Must 150 meters from end to end! (Coffee shop too. Yum)

had a large and thorough selection of products, workers were helpful in assisting me around the large store.

Thanks to to the adult craft I now own a drill with a battery which changes to the sander. I didn't know how to use this equipment before and I'm now buying products at bunnings which I wouldn't have. Thanks for the craft inspiration.

The store has an amazing selection, the staff are super helpful, and the parking is convenient.

Who doesn't love Bunnings!? Always have what you need or will direct you to where you can find them. Although I notice more cheap China stuff lately, ... buy Australian keep our own kids employed in the future.

Mathew in the hardware/loading section is an absolute star, so helpful can cut anything to your needs. Love bunnies ❤

Great place. Love the undercover parking. Had everything I expected for a Bunnings store.

Biggest Bunnings I have seen. Two story. Parking then up the elevator or escalator. Huge. Easy parking.

It's a Bunnings but it has parking at ground level and the Bunnings is above. It's a good send to be able to park under cover and get out of the sun.

Great Setup and always Friendly staff.
If they cannot help they go out of their way to find the right person or refer to another local business that can.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! I’m so impressed and grateful. From the staff at the service counter, to order desk, they go out of their way. In particular, Cody was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and couldn’t do enough to help me at the kitchens and order desk and resolve my laundry renovation issues. Matthew was also so helpful and also loaded my trolley. Even the young man on the door tonight who helped me lift my purchases into my Ute. Thanks to all you great young people!

I would give you 20 stars if I could. You are the definition of excellent customers service, you are amazing. You recently solved a problem i have had for close to a year. I regret not coming to Bunnings early enough because that would have saved me a lot of money and time. Thank you so much, especially to the ladies at special orders.

Definitely could live in this bunnings. Always fully stocked and has all the goodies I need or don't need, beats the city one hands down. Even on rare occasions you can see the chicken lady that walks her chicken in there (no joke).

Very quiet which is expected being a Monday and school return. Excellent service from staff attending all sections visited. Will return on Wednesday to secure all required products. Pleasure to shop at the store - friendly and helpful staff.

Congratulations to the wonderful team who devote their time in providing workshops for a group of ladies every second Sunday afternoon. Trish and Jo are such passionate and caring ladies who obviously enjoy sharing their skills and expertise bringing sunshine and happiness to others. They are an absolute credit to Bunnings Palmerston and deserve the biggest Thankyou for being so kind.
