Sirjana got my size perfect, no less that 4 pairs tried on to ensure I was completely happy with the fit, the make and color I wanted were not in store, they arranged to freight them from another state, to arrive 3 days later and ensure I could fly out with new boots. Expectations exceeded, I received a call a day earlier than expected. Customer service at its finest.

Wonderful experience shopping at the store, received top notch service, fitting process was perfect and received great advice on boot care. Looking forward to visiting again during my next trip, will be wearing my boots back too!

My husband and I went to the Darwin store while on holidays from Melbourne. We were served by Saffron, who was so friendly and helpful. We bought 2 Akubra’s but the one I wanted was not available in store, so Saffron organised for one to be sent from NSW to Melb. It beat us home from our holiday and arrived at our home address, in less than 24 hours.

They didn't have what I wanted so they measured me up and got it transported from another store in QLD it arrived 2 days later. Not bad for Darwin 👍

Jenny H at the Darwin Store went above and beyond to help us. My style and size wasn't available, Jenny rang Townsville (where we live) and then head office and sorted out a deposit to secure my purchase.

I needed to get a pair of boots re-soled and new elastic out in. Drop off and paperwork took less than 5 minutes. Sales personnel very helpful.
