Don’t trust these people, specially Martin. He is a liar.
Very poor service. Make sure you read every single word on contract. This guy will twist things and you will not know until you loose money. If you are tenant make sure you take photos of every corner.
I never wrote bad review for anyone but this time can’t help. These guys are shocking bad.

I wonder if these guys have any happy customer. What a liar these people are. Move into commercial property, they told us first month free rent. One month later they send email of rent arrears. When called they say never mention free rent. What a disgrace people can be. Please be very careful when you sign anything with these guys . Absolutely rubbish.

Martin and his partner Annette are incompetent and cost me a lot of money. They under deliver and will try and swindle you at every opportunity. Avoid these people at all costs and save yourself the time, money and disappointment.
