Woolworths Kogarah

All the staff at this store are so helpful and the store is always well maintained and clean. Recently Lois checked through my groceries and she took such care in packing my groceries carefully. Her customer service is exceptional. Thank you so much Lois for always doing such a great job at checkout!

Thank you so much to the manager and staff that helped me with the headphones I had purchased earlier this morning. Providing me with education on the return policies in the most caring way. It was busy and they still found time to help me resolve my issue. Very helpful and really understanding with me and my young son. Customer service was so good even when it was busy! Thank you again

It's almost our exclusive supermarket. 😀

The stock choices aren't as good as the larger stores but that's not a great issue. 👌

Good for all types of groceries shopping

Great place to shop when you feel let down by loved ones or restaurants for not meeting their standards. Better than coles but I do still shop there and based on experience cheaper also.

It's a decent sized store that generally has anything that you would want. Fresh meats, seafood, veggies & bakery. The layout of the store makes items easy to find. There's often a staff member standing out the front handing out baskets which is sometimes nice but unnecessary, since people can pick up their own.

Conveniently located at the train station 🚉.
Parking is available on top of the center. 🚗 🚘 🚙
Usually very clean. Love the people in the deli they are always super nice and the staff in general are very friendly.
Loved it when they had nice decorations when you entered.

one of the BEST woolworths I have ever been. great selection of food/grocery items aside from the new section - Asian / international section which has more items to choose from.

the customer service of this shop is the BEST and most of the personnel are more than willing to assist clients of all ages and colour.

many times, I had issues with products and the staff never gave me any hard time to return items. even personnel who was about to have a break, finds time to help me one day.. I wanted to buy some tanning lotion/ cream/ spray.. as I scan the item.. it shows a different price.. the item was placed on an awkward position on the shelf therefore the price and the item wasn’t align.. the staff who was about to take a break asked if I am ok.. I explained to her my dilemma, I wanted to buy a tanning product but could get the price which was half price instead it shows the full price of the amount.. I did show the photo of the actual display apparently.. the item wasn’t in line with the tag price and the tag price label was cut which made alot of difference.. the word “spray” and “lotion”.. but the staff did helped me anyway, gave me the item at 50 off and served me even if she was about to get her lunch.. it was about 1:30 pm and it was even a late lunch for her yet she was more than happy to assist me.. I can still she her in my everyday visit at this shop and I am proud to say that this shop is one of the best woolworths here in australia.

When staff members goes up and beyond to help customers really makes an ordinary shopper happy.. the great service from this shop always reminds me when I shop on other branch and made me wish all branches of woolworths would learn from the staff at this particular shop.

Great location, just a few steps away from the train station. Great selection specially having Asian food (Filipino day to day groceries) 😍, lots of marked down and specials which aren’t available to other woolworths and above all, great and world class customer service. Keep up the good work! we need more staff that gives good customer service. More patient and humane specially these unusual times. Kudos woolworth kogarah for making a different in the community.

A really well set out Woolworths. It's clean, well stocked shelves and they have great fresh produce. This Woolies is in a very convenient location in Kogarah shopping centre right near the railway station entrance. Great for commuters wanting to pick up groceries going to and from work. Its also walking distance from both St George Private and Public hospitals. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fast service and fresh foods. Nice and open and very clean. There isnt a huge amount of people that crowds the isles as they are nice and wide.

Go here if you like a quiet shop. Especially when you avoid peak hours.

What has consolidated the 5-star experience are the circles that you get to stand on during the Coronavirus epidemic. It's a bit like hopscotch except you are standing on circles instead of squares. Reminds me of being back in kindy! Loved it!

Shop here regularly, being an ideal location with not too many people and close parking facilities. Always get really good customer service and most things I need. Quite happy with the store.

Closest grocery store for me. I can find anything i need here. Its usually clean and i love that they have variety of indoor plants too!

Always a good shopping experience. Great stocked shelves despite being a smaller store and friendly helpful staff from packers to checkout right up to management all there to help with a smile.

A change of management has left this store in the best shape I've ever seen it.
Just some small tweaks and changes. And already the store looks fuller and fresher 😁 Good job team.
