went and collected some zero percent alcohol beer. I was wishing to put a remarks to have all the beer chilled if it is possible.

so happy to collect and the guy gave me those chilled bottle despite of me not saying a word. just so happy and pleased with this little perks. I always want an ice cold drink.. wine, beer, cola or whatever it maybe.

it really made my day.. the guy also placed my order inside a box which was really good otherwise, I’ll be carrying everything in my bag.

As a local Google guide I was very impressed with the professional services of one of the workers named Peter. I have been in retail management for over 20 years and very rarely have I ever come across such caring and friendly professional customer service . Peter is an asset to the company and I hope he is and will be recognized as that. I will be a returning customer and so will my family and friends.

I rocked up with my arms pretty full with two laptops and two cartons of juice 😂 Staff member was super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations, checking that the bottle was what I actually had in mind, offering to hold some of my stuff at the counter while I looked around, managing the queue behind me while I wrangled my wallet out of the mess that is my bag and putting my non-BWS purchases in the bag as well. Also really knew his stuff. 💯

The guy working there went to the back to get some stuff that was not on the shelf, and i even received a bigger discount because it was not all together, the 6 pack.
