Stopped over at his shop to get a stereo fixed on a Sunday. Without hesitation and thanks to his wisdom was able to tell me the turntable had been causing issues instead. Saved me hundreds of dollars and informed me how to get the issue fixed easily. Couldn't be more grateful!

I rang Paul as I was having trouble configuring my amplifier outputs and needed a new centre speaker. Without hesitation he offered to come to my place the same day to solve the problem. He arrived and we quickly worked everything out. He promised to send me a few different options for the centre speaker and I had them within a few hours along with his thoughts on each one.
I went with his recommendation and couldn’t be happier, it pairs beautifully with my existing setup.
He didn’t even charge me for the house call and his time.

I have been buying "hi-fi" equipment from North Coast Stereo for over 20 years and each time the store owner has gone out of his way to accommodate me, sometimes disadvantaging himself in his efforts to please and assist.

Worst customer services and experience ever!

Made a call to esquire about a special need around a wireless, microphone, stereo setup we needed for work (a local disability service) as the website said "expert advice" - Got a guy named Paul - who was from the start not prepared to give us the time of day and was in fact extremely rude.

If I could rate as a negative star rating I would.

rudest person ever. don’t even bother calling this guy named paul.
