Prevent Dental Suite: Dentist in Kallangur

First visit here today & I was blown away with how caring and kind everyone was. Dr Patel was amazing & I was in and out much quicker than expected from needing a filling with no pain what so ever. The lady at reception is also very welcoming and put my anxiety at ease as soon as I walked in. I will only be coming here from now on & already have booked more work to be done. Thanks for the awesome experience guys, I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

My first appointment with Dr Patel since he bought the practice and I was thoroughly impressed. There was no need for me to feel anxious as he made me feel comfortable very quickly and easily with his caring nature. Seeing Belinda, his assistant was still there also helped put me at ease as she continues to remember the extra help I need. Lara the new receptionist was really friendly wrapping up a great experience at the dentist. I know many of us and our children can be nervous of the dentist but I can highly recommend Prevent Dental and Dr Patel's team.

I had to have a wisdom tooth removed. I generally never visit a dentist twice due to bad experiences but ill definitely come back here. On entering the receptionist was kind and caring. The assistant was friendly. But Dr Patel instantly put me at ease. He was calming, gentle and I honestly didn't feel a thing. He made me feel comfortable. I don't think I've ever felt more comfy at a dental surgery. I 110% recommend dr Patel for any dental work you might need. Thank you for my 1st great experience at a dentist.

Had to book an appointment for a filling. I was able to get in that same day and the whole process was really quick and easy to get through. I was given the option about whether I'd like numbing and since I chose not to, I've just had the thing put in and I'm already free to start eating again. The people were kind, the waiting room was lovely and there was absolutely no complications at all through the whole thing. Very quick and nice

More and more people are finding it difficult to afford going to the Dentist and we are in that situation - we are aged Pensioners and we rely on Health Care Card to be able to access help with cavities etc..
I had to get an Emergency Voucher with a broken front tooth and thankfully I got one and I went to Prevent Dental Suite who are extremely respectful and kind to patients with vouchers, not like some others who can be a bit disrespectful and to my shock another local Dentist has only one Dentist who will accept Voucher holders - it's very difficult.
I as a child was totally traumatised by a Dentist who was a brute and actually belted me in the face because i went to run away because he was hurting me - I wish my mother had have taken action against him, he was dreadful and that scared and scarred me for life.
I've seen numerous Dentists over my Lifetime, but at this visit (my first visit) I found them to be extremely kind and respectful and the Dentist was 'as gentle as a kitten' - he never hurt me - he listened carefully to me when I said =other Dentists hurt like heck with the needle and they are not anaethetising it properly as I am feeling the shocking pain making me jump off the chair - I was further traumatised at a previous dentist I went to, she had me jumping out of the chair because she did not anaesthetise my gums properly and it was hurting like crazy - she reprimanded me and didn't care - so I am extremely thankful to Prevent Dental Suite for their wonderful and TRUE PAIN FREE DENTISTRY and I hope they never change - because I never want to go to any other Dentist for me or my family.
My husband Ray, has had serious multiple cancer surgeries and then developed Parkinson's Disease and Prevent Dental Suite were lovely, kind and patient with him so I never want to take him to any other Dental place - so I pray we can still get the vouchers from MNOHS as this takes a huge amount of stress off me and him.

This was my third visit to Prevent Dental Suite. On all occasions, the professional reception staff have made me feel welcome and unhurried upon arrival and after treatment. Dr Jigar Patel, dentist takes the time to listen to my questions and patiently responds to them. I am extremely happy with the warm and friendly service Dr Patel has provided. After a break of five years’ of treatment, I no longer fear a trip to the dentist.

I'm so grateful to the Team at Prevent Dental Suite for educating the little ones at my Family Daycare for tooth fairy day on how to look after their pearly whites. I learned a few tips too that I will be sharing with my Daycare parents like how the recommended first Dentist visit should ideally be when the first baby tooth cuts through. I'm looking forward to my own upcoming Dentist visit too here for that fresh breath feeling! I highly recommended these guys - the entire team is absolutely awesome and the place has a welcoming and caring family feel to it just like my daycare.

I am very pleased with the care I received for Root Canal, it was almost painless. Dr Jigar was caring, professional and all the staff very helpful. Excellent follow-up care was much appreciated. I highly recommend Prevent Dental Suite.

I have been going to this surgery for years. I have always had good experiences. But today was awesome. I just had a tooth out, felt little pain during the procedure, in fact none really, and Dr Patel and his assistant were very informative and friendly. I appreciated the reassurance and their effective work. Thankyou so much team!! ( I won't add a toothless photo, although tempting 🤣)
