Excellent customer service and speediness - I had a few torn up 50's I needed to cash and the staff were very pleasant in helping me deal with that.

I recently had occasion to visit the Commonwealth bank in Ivanhoe to try to get some resolution on a problem that could potentially delay the sale of my property and cause extra stress dealing with the buyer

Always problems with getting cash out at the ATM and exchanging cash for coins. At least weekly they're out of rolls of $1 coins and lately I can't get cash out. What's the point of an ATM without cash out capabilities? Better off going to the Northcote one.

Incredibly rude teller- unhelpful and would not let me explain my situation just kept talking over me and then demanding that I let her speak. Gave me completely the wrong advice the first time I went in and when I tried again a week later she still wouldn't offer useful help, just spoke over me. Really should not be in a customer service position as she is truly awful at it. Signs on the wall ask that you speak to the tellers politely but it should absolutely work both ways! As a result I am withdrawing my money and taking it to a different bank.

I will never go inside this branch again due to the rudest teller I have ever had the misfortune to meet. The sooner they close this branch the better, if this is a ‘high’ standard of customer experience.

Hello! I have been a customer for a very long time, probably for at least FIFTY years and a happy one. But recently I have been EXTREMELY UPSET that you are funding coal energy which is not good for the future of Australia and the planet. Why not fund renewables - we have plenty of sun, wind, waves, etc! Please stop funding coal and start funding renewals. Than you.
