Kmart South Morang

i walked into the kmart looking for a lego set for my son, and a kind hearted, good looking young man named jacob helped me find the perfect lego set for my child. 10/10 customer service would shop again

A lovely lady named Darcy served me and provided me with all the information i required. Helped me obtain the Christmas decorations i required and was very polite. Truly went above and beyond with serving me.

Just now we went to pick up a basketball system with my boys and we were assisted with this very kind gentleman, Josh. He and another mate of his, Ethan showed immense kindness. My boys are touched by them. Good on you both for inspiring young generations like my boys. Thanks for your service.

You can always find some things to buy

We end up going here even when we don't have to buy anything, haha! Has a variety of options right from home decor to apparel to toys and electronics.
We always pick their uniquely designed cutlery and/or tea-towels, and scented candles.

Went on a Friday after 8pm with my nieces.

We definitely enjoyed ourselves and it was not busy and everyone seems to have been happy (other customers and staff).

Guess best time to go late Fridays! :)

I must say that there array of clothing and other goods in the store was improve since the last two years. The designs, the quality, the stocking and yet maintaining their goods in an affordable prices. Worth a visit. Highly recommended

Great service and friendly staff. Set up like every other Kmart so it's pretty easy to find the things you need. They always have some good deals on.

In these stressful times when we can't just go into stores and buy the products we need I received exceptional service from Ann over the phone.

I spent almost 1 hour on hold with Kmart Epping and the Campbellfield stores and then I gave up.

I called Kmart South Morang and Ann answered straight away and provided great service and helped me with my order. Thank You Ann and the Kmart South Morang team! 🙏

Excellent customer service and they pick up their phones unlike other branches I called 4 Kmart's near me only south Morang picked up their phones and answered my enquiry others went to the switch board regardless of the number I chose it kept ringing for ten minutes and no-one could be bothered picking up the phone to answer my enquiry .
Great job staff at South Morang you show the others how it's done . Ten out of Ten I drove longer distance to South Morang to get my supplies just because the picked up the phone and made time for me.

I was served by Kristen at the Instant Print desk and she was absolutely amazing. So helpful and kind, really made us feel welcome and assisted us with every query. She is a great asset to the team.

Thankyou kmart at plenty Valley. After receiving terrible customer service at kmart epping regarding a damaged air fryer, the staff at south morang demonstrated all that was the opposite and ideal!! Will always shop here from now on- epping kmart needs to lift its game to compete!!

I sometime think the advertising for target puts it at a higher level but Kmart generally comes across with good quality and a lot more to choose from..
I will find myself drawn to Kmart out of most department stores first.
The quality has come along way from the old days, and their sports apparel seems 1st choice to any brand names out there usually, I won't say always because some sports clothes makers just know how it's done, but one must be ready to pay for that, and sometimes it worth it but sometimes a $1 on special singlet from Kmart can fit exactly the same.

My daughter disappeared on me when I shopped here before Christmas.I went to a staff member after looking for a few minutes and he asked me what she looked like,after describing her he told me that they had found her in the toy section.He radioed other staff and I was told to go to checkout.Two staff stayed with me and I was told a female staff member was looking after her after she had gone up to her and said she lost her mummy.I am so appreciative of the Kmart staff team, their service was exceptional and although I wasn't so happy my daughter ran off on me I am also very proud of her that she knew to go to a staff member to get help.

I love k mart so this maybe a biased opinion but every worker I have come across in Kmart weather older, younger they are always willing to help even when they are running around like headless chickens.
This particular kmart thou have always been amazing !!!! Keep up the great work k mart you are no 1 over Big W & Target for a reason and have helped a lot of people get through Coviid lol

I went in for some chew toys for my dog. They were having a sale on them and I got a removeable washable coushion for him to sleep on. If any one didn't know Kmart has a section on pet accessories but does not sell pet food as far as I know.

5 stars purely based on our interaction with Adrian, he went above and beyond to help my son and I get some things we were looking for

This store is awesome always has specials on that are even lower than their already low prices... and the staff here and more than willing to help and direct if any concerns. Every time i come here i tend to spend a lot of money. Staff very accomodating with refunds and/or exchanges. Always will come here again.

Great products, prices are great. The new look stores are just so much better. Thinking outside the box, has certainly helped rejuvenate these stores. That's good management.
