I have recently had a few jobs done at Waterdale jewellery and I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience there.

My wedding band was missing a tiny diamond which Daniel fixed back to perfection.

I also had my engagement ring amplified by re-setting it with two extra blue sapphires, which represented the addition of my two beautiful sons after getting married.

During the whole communication process of redesigning my ring, Daniel listened to my brief and gave me advice when I needed it. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, and definitely felt like he put my interest first.

I am now constantly admiring my gorgeous rings, and will definitely be back for more in the future.

My partner and I both designed our own engagement rings and they are absolutely stunning! Daniel was great and made our dream rings come to life. Thanks again for everything

Between the owners who are just the loveliest people and Marisa who also took care of my special order purchase was made extra special. I needed specific measurements, I was taken care of with no fuss. There is no pressure, entirely the choice is up to you, Megan and Marisa always gave me the time to choose. Waterdale Jewellery since opening has always my go to place when I required a gift.

Amanda and Daniel, were very warm and welcoming in our process of getting our wedding rings made. The finished product is stunning. We would gladly go through them again in future. Highly recommend. Amazing service. My Fiancé and I are stoked!

I had my engagement ring resized here a few months ago and will definitely come back if I need this service again. They were really helpful in checking my size (even after realising I'm very sensitive to temperature change they resized again for me at a later date). The ring came back thoroughly cleaned and polished, it looked amazing and now fits perfectly.

I have always been very happy with the service and quality of work at Waterdale Jewellery - particularly recently with a ring I had remade.
The staff are knowledgeable and engaging and I was pleased to have the jeweller discuss the merits of different stones with me.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Waterdale Jewellery. I had a ring resized, this ring is from Finland and is very sentimental to me so I was hesitant for it to have any work done given the unique pattern and shape of the design. However, they did the most perfect job with it, it doesnt even look like it’s been touched and was done within a week. The staff were all lovely too! I highly recommend Waterdale Jewellery- I wont be going anywhere else from now on!

The staff were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my ring sizing was correct! Got the ring back and it was polished like new, the intricate details were beautifully intact and pretty much perfect! Cannot recommend these guys enough

I went to Waterdale Jewellery to resize my wedding ring that was made too tight by another jeweller. They also secured the diamond in my engagement ring. They did an amazing job and made me feel very confident to leave my rings with them. Both rings look/ fit beautifully. They also polished the platinum rings to perfection. Highly recommend, great workmanship and very trustworthy.

My husband and I found Waterdale Jewellers as we were looking for better customer service and quality than what could be offered at run of the mill jewellery chains. As soon as we walked into the store, on our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted at the door with a warm smile and one on one service. Every interaction since then has been nothing short of exceptional and the quality of their work exceeds expectations. We had our rings resized a few times, and also had my wedding rings soldered together and very happy with both the price and quality of work. the craftsmanship of the jewellery is exceptional. The service was first class all the way with multiple consultations to make sure the final product was exactly as I wished it to be. From first sketches to final design concepts, they walk you through every step to bring you the best version of what you imagined to life.

The team at Waterdale jewellery recently upcycled my old wedding/engagement rings and some other rings and earrings that I didn’t wear. I went in with a very vague idea and the result was absolutely beyond my expectations. The collaboration, reviews, updates and overall process was very inclusive.

I needed a ring cut off my finger. I called and had this beautiful voice answer. So warm, welcoming and caring she said it was no trouble at all. I turned up to find the woman behind that voice to be even more beautiful, professional, gentle and caring. I was fairly emotional as the ring belonged to my sister and it was very sentimental to me. I recently had my engagement ring reset and I couldn’t rate Daniels work more highly. Daniel took my needs for a high setting and thin band and made them structurally secure. The ring is stunning. Service was fast, professional and I thought the price was reasonable. Most of all I felt safe leaving my beautiful diamond in Daniels care.
