Awesome facility. Very helpful and professional staff . Been storing long term with Guardian Self Storage for many years and recently upgraded to a larger unit and considering upgrading again at the next availability. Very happy with the security and the location . Very accessible and easy to get to . Very well equipped with lifts , trolly , everything you need to move your belongings to and from the units . My family have been using Guardian for a while now. They are always very accommodating, easy to deal with and so helpful. Before we had Rick and he was awesome. Since then Sandra - Lee has taken over and the service has been equally brilliant. Thank you guys we really appreciate you.

After submitting an online request for pricing and availability, Rene phoned me within about 4 hours to discuss my needs. He was informative and personable. He was confident that he was offering the best price in the area and offers to price match if I got a better price elsewhere. I didn’t find a better price. He held the unit until I could inspect it a few days later. His colleague, Sandra, was equally as helpful when we attended the office in person. I thoroughly recommend this facility.

Have been using the DBY facility for several years and the service is brilliant. The facility is always secure and very clean. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Large clean unit,only down side is you need to turn around to get out rather than drive around the building to exit

Very friendly people who run the site. Explained all to me and showed me to the garage. Even offered to help me remove the car from trailer.

Rene was fantastic helping me with my move into storage shed. And even more fantastic with helping the removalists yo.get all my belongings into one shed instead of two. Highly recommended

We looked around at a few places but found the facility at D Bay very handy, no issues with access and the whole process of arranging to store our caravan was so easy thanks to Judy and Renee who went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Great communication from both which helped us to make the decision to store at this particular facility relatively hassle free.

Outstanding service, nothing is too much trouble, I could not be happier with the service from Rene who is always very helpful along with the other staff members.

My partner and I stored our blue ford with them and they are great highly recommend there fair and if U miss a payment they are so understanding highly recommended I've had my passed on father's car that he left to me there for 7 months nothing but a 👍 from me

Great quiet location, but tricky to manage if using a large long vehicle into entry. Reverse back onto street. Large clean units and great price. Recommend getting guardian insurance for extra $10 per month . Rick, the manager is friendly and extremely helpful. Top service.

I couldn't be happier with this service. I currently have a caravan and a container in DBay facility. Prices are affordable and Rick made everything easy for a novice, happy to go that extra mile with professional, friendly service. Totally recommend it.

When we first moved our goods in for storage we were dealing with Luciana and then Rick & Judy later, great communication, helpful and friendly service by all. The facility is always clean and secure. Highly Recommended!

This is a well managed storage facility. Based on my experience with the On site Manager Rick he was helpful, flexible and coutreous. Being first time storage unit users he guided us through the process, and also offered his services when moving in. Mant Thanks Rick
