The team was very responsive with my enquiries and even provided me with excellent technical assistance when I had some trouble with one my locks.

We purchased multiple styles of door handles and locks. Some were a special order so we paid in advance, which was fine.
However when the hardware arrived some of the locks were not compatible with the handles.
We could not return and as we had paid in full already no one wanted to know us.
So it was all ok until we needed assistance and were told it was our responsibility to make sure they matched before we ordered !
