Australia Post - Northcote Post Shop

I live close and use this PO very often, lockers work very well, people are always lovely, even when customers are not. Could use more staff due to increase in people living nearby such as myself but they are doing a great job.

I recently had trouble with the delivery of a package. The guys in the store went out of their way to help me out. Can't ask for much more.

My most recent parcel was put in the locker for collection with 24/7 access which is a great idea and it was so easy to collect it at a time that was convenient for me, also no queues!

Have a been a few times with no issues. Went in for a WWCC and certified copy today, the person I had was friendly, helpful and did it all very quickly! I appreciated not having to make an appointment do the photos etc. like some places.

They had a line out the door but it was super quick.

Always lovely, smiling and trying to get everyone served quickly and efficiently. Very busy over lunch times.

Was a bit nervous when I saw the reviews but they were very polite and helpful. Went the extra mile when something was not quite right to fix it.

I always find the staff friendly and helpful here. The line tends to be long but also moves relatively quickly.

What else do you need from your post office?

Clear and fast help. The lovely staff helped me find an old tracking number with fast times. Great help during these stressful times. Highly recommend.

As far as Australia Post goes (low bar, I know), this is a pretty good post office with friendly, efficient and competent staff.

I was just served by Mim who couldn't have been more helpful. More like her please!!!!
