Hungry Jack's Burgers Mill Park

With the weather not allowing us to have my son's 6th birthday at the park, we relocated to Mill Park Hungry Jacks.
The staff were so understanding and helpful. The outdoor area was perfect for our group of about 50 people. The kids meals were perfect size for the kids, the coffee was GREAT and there was plenty of space for the kids to play with the Mascots I had hired for the party.
To the staff and management on this day, thank you so much. You really saved me and my son said he had the best party ❤

Cleanest hungry Jack's I have visited in my life. Extremely fast counter service. No rude or offensive music playing loud. What definitely recommend.

Went to get HJ's yesterday yall and I've been to a lot of HJ's in my time but none with better than service then here. I went in to the front counter and young staff were delightful! They deserve a raise! Cheers

Pleasantly surprised. One of the newest and cleanest hungry jacks I’ve seen. Staff were friendly and polite and were seen constantly cleaning the guest areas.

Spoke to a lovely blonde girl named Hayley a few days ago going through the drive through. She helped me with finding a good meal to suit my vegetarian diet and was very nice and respectful. Would come again!

Was really disappointed with the drive through…. After stopping to ask if the checked the order and was assured it was correct only to home and see it was still missing a patty…. I contacted the store and Ash the manager checked on the order and did a voucher to replace…. Fast and efficient, awesome work Ash, thank you for your empathy and understanding and fast to find a solution 👌

Quiet place but same quality of food

My family and I were served by the very nice lady with blonde hair yesterday, which we later found out her name was Kaitie. Usually we have bad experiences with hungry jacks but this time was much better. We were served in the drive through window, she really helped us out with the menu and what is most popular to buy. She was really kind and showed that in her actions. Thankyou Kaitie for making our experience at hungry jacks better.

Sit in the car park and watch the birds pick at paper bags near the bin, while you feed your dog a few chicken nuggets.

Life doesn't get better.

Came in yesterday (Friday 16th April), was served by Kaitie who provided wonderful customer service. Didn’t have to wait very long for the food and it all tasted great. Thanks Hungry Jacks Mill Park

I never see the point in leaving reviews for big chains but this one deserves it.
Everything is standard stuff, food is fine, everything is decent.
But mate, customer service is insane, these poor guys were absolutely getting thrashed, orders left right and centre, drive thru full, Menulog going off tap, and there's a bloody customer losing it at em for taking too long, but interceding their complaints with "I don't normally complaint" even though they seemed like profession fully qualified complainers. The workers just handled it with class, being sympathetic and pushing themselves as fast as they can. Meanwhile, it wasn't even taking that long. Less than 10 minutes for our decent sized order.

Came in on Wednesday 20th of Jan with a couple of mates around 10:00pm... got served by “Bella” she was fantastic. Greeted us with a great attitude & communicated well while we had to wait for fresh chips. Bump her up the ranks 💯

Hi there hungry jacks. I would like to say that your mill park store is probably the best one in melbourne for freshness. But the reason i am making this review is because there is an absolutely amazing woman named Kim who is probably a real angel on earth. We have been going to the mill park store for over 2 years and Kim the manager is such a sweet woman who has always put customers first. We believe that she deserves a more prestigious position at hungry jacks because we can see how hard she works and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy and hectic things are in there. We have tried to give her a tips for her hard work but she will never take it. Once again she is such a brilliant human being who deserves the world. Thankyou Kim for always looking after us and most importantly being such a good human being. God bless

Great service, quick drive-thru and orders are consistently correct. Although sometimes during late night orders the EFTPOS machines aren't working. Has happened twice in a span of 3 weeks

Shout out to Kim. My bf and I came for a late night feast (the family bundle) and this might just be fast food but Kim was super polite and served us the freshest chips and burgers we have ever had at this store ... and we live locally! Thanks so much to the superstar running the late night shift, we appreciate you !!!!!

The burgers are better at HJs.....How could you go wrong. Ordered via the app. Picked it up via drive thru and was back home in 5 mins
