Big thank you to the grooming team at Petstock South Morang. They looked after our nearly 17 year old Labradoodle with so much care and kindness. Grooming a very elderly dog is not easy and I can’t thank the girls enough for their patience. Ps. She’s happily snoring her head off now under the ceiling fan! 😂

I was super happy to find a few bags left of the dry food my cat eats at the South Morang store. Apparently, the manufacturer is relocating so there’s been a shortage of supply. In addition, the staff member was so helpful, carried all my cat litter and cat food (which was pretty heavy) for me to the front counter. He genuinely wanted to help and was so lovely.

Wanted to express my thanks and sing your praises for such a welcoming experience given to my puppy Chester, his grooming was very timely and beautifully shaped, he is so much happier now, and is adoreably cute after his session, thankyou to all staff who were so professional, I highly recommend your services

Great shop. Good range of dog foods. Vet on site, haven't used them yet and they are very friendly when talking to them. The best part for me thus far is the grooming department. My dog really hates water, they handled her great, got her bathed and she smells great. Trimmed her nails really nice too. Thanks to the staff here!

Staff are always very friendly and keen to help and give very useful advice suggestions. They take the time to ensure any questions I have are answered and any concerns sorted. I would highly recommend this company.

Dr. Huong Wright has been amazing with my dog. He went in for a check up on a lesion and ended up in surgery. Very open, communicating and gentle with this over protective dogmum

I'm sorry to forget her name but the female worker that helped me at the shop was very helpfull, excellent communicator, provided excellent product knowledge for what was suitable for my cat,and provided me with 11 out of 10 customer friendly service. This worker also went above and beyond to speak with my son over the phone and provided quality service all with a can do attitude. Hopefully the work place has a Rewards and Recognition program because this worker provided all the qualities and service a customer staff member should have.
