Kallangur Chempro Compounding Pharmacy

The new manager is extremely helpful and has definitely improved the place. I was in the store during a time where she was physically abused by a thief and she handled it calmly and made sure the rest of the store way okay. I have seen a great improvement in the place.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever been to. The head pharmacist Romany is so knowledgeable and kind, always willing and able to help my family and I with everything we need. He is very understanding and always answers our questions with a lot of patience. They have everything you could need and if they don’t Romany and staff would try their best to help get it or let you know where to go. Honestly the best service. Many thanks, will not go anywhere else.

My wife goes to this Pharmacy for our family - we know that at times it can take quite a long time waiting for your scripts to be made up - that is because they are so good and they are busy busy busy !!
There are other things that add to the waiting times for scripts to be processed - here is one of them and allegedly that is the more total overkill by Politicians/Governments and their stance on 'codeine' - which some time ago they had scheduled as a controlled substance.
A vet had prescribed heart medication for my little dog which I could buy on line from a vet med supplier - but when the vet had to put my little dog on cough medicine ie codeine linctus - the on line pet med suppliers are all banned from selling codeine linctus EVEN WITH A VETERINARY PRESCRIPTION !!!! and you have to physically go to a pharmacy that sells codeine linctus and they have to process it through the prescriptions, so this adds to their workload. More alleged Government madness. ( Addition to this is that I had to stop giving the vet cough medicine to my little dog because of the chemicals used in vet medicine - itch driving her to despair - but I was grateful for the effort by Kallangur Chem Pro to help me with that. )
Great thanks go to the wonderful Kallangur Chem Pro, have you all seen the number of days they are open to provide service for us the customers !! they are fantastic and we should all be very grateful that we are lucky enough to have them in Kallangur - (other chemists I have gone to are no where in comparison to them) - Kallangur ChemPro provide an extremely valuable and much appreciated service particularly with compounding pharmacy medication.
They stock an amazing range of products and we are extremely grateful and thankful that we have them in Kallangur.

Have been going there for 7 years now. And have never had a problem.They are always happy to help and try there hardest to please there clients. They triage there service so you may have to wait sometimes. They normally can give you a time on how long its going to take so you can do your shopping or come back to pick up your medication at a later time.Well done guys five stars for your effort and patients that some people haven't got these days

I just wanted to let everyone know that the service at Chempro Chemist Kallangur is second to none.
I have been a customer for many years and there is nothing too difficult or too much for the friendly staff to do for you.
If I need a speciality item they will order it in a timely manner and contact me when it has arrived.
They offer a holistic range of services including compounding medications, which was a real help when my vet prescribed our dear Staffordshire Bull terror needed some medication that was not on the main stream market last year in his final weeks of life.
The medication helped our dearest friend & family member( our Staffy ) live his final weeks in comfort rather than pain.
The pricing at Chempro Kallangur is very reasonable compared to other pharmacies yet above & beyond that , their service and reliability is second to none.
The staff & pharmacists are always friendly and go out of their way to make every accomodation to personally give me & my family the best organised service possible.

So if you looking for a pharmacy that really cares about you as an individual rather than just a number..

What an amazing place. So very helpful and fast. My husband needed some eyedrops that weren't available anywhere else in Victoria, NSW or Qld. Thankfully Romany had some and he happily dispensed and posted the drops within an hour!! Really appreciate such service...will happily use this pharmacy again. Wish we were closer!! Thank you.

Staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to assist all customers, no matter how sick, rude, or what race. The staff treat everyone with respect and of importance. If you need sympathetic staff, who seek to understand when no-one else does, visit Chempo!

I was so happy to find this chemist open on Christmas Day to fill a script for my son sick with tonsilitis. They were very friendly and quick to serve us. Then we happily returned to our family's Xmas party.

I live a 15-20 minutes from this pharmacy with plenty of options between my home and the chemists. I STILL insist on going to this particular pharmacy for my medication if that's an indication of how great they are. Dignity, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness all five stars. Opening hours are extremely helpful ( open 7am 7 days a week inc holidays) , simply the best.

I've been going to Chempro Kallangur for about 5 years now. Romani has always had time for me no matter how busy he's been, he has given me loads of useful information in regards to my health concerns and has often given me words of comfort and encouragement when I've been feeling down. Then there's my dear friend Blessed who is one of the most beautiful men I've ever met! He has always had time for me and always takes an interest in me and my daily life. They are all lovely people down there, they make me feel like family.
