Simon is great but Stephanie is the most rudest, unhelpful unfriendly pharmacist I have ever come across, I only go there because of Simon, if I see Stephanie there I walk right out.

Normally I have zero issue with this store simon does the job great and brooke is awesome aswell. But lately I'm getting other staff who have zero manners at all. With an I'm mightier than thou complex.

Go back to school if you ladies cannot be nice while doing your job quit.

Friendly staff, but not great with communication. Have to call them and follow everything up. Ordered something, was told it was in stock and had no communication to the contrary. Called back a week later to be informed it was out of stock. Not notified when things do come in, have to follow it up myself. It's a little frustrating.

Well unfortunately I have had to remove my 5 star review and if I could select 0 stars I would.

I have emailed in twice now in regards to an issue with an order and Simon can't even be bothered acknowledging receipt of those emails.

I always try to resolve a situation prior to giving bad reviews but clearly they don't care I've been short supplied or have an issue with my delivery.

Due to the fact I'm almost 2000km away I am unable to go in and sort this out face to face.

I use the same email address every fortnight to order my medications so I know the contact details are correct.

Spoke it doesn't matter if im unmedicated. Mental health issues don't matter. The more of us who commit suicide the better for these guys given im going to be unmedicated for 4-5 days maybe longer with Australia post and the ridiculous cut off time of 11am to send orders out the same day.
What a joke!
