Had an amazing experience today. I was looking for some new suits for work and Lisa was amazing help.

Took my family into YD highpoint store to shop for suits for a funeral during a difficult time.Adam and Pru made the experience simple and easy by recommending the different styles of suits and ensuring the fit was perfect. They were super helpful, patient and quick with their customer service. Our family couldn’t thank you both enough.

Beat clothing store experience I have ever had being serviced and helped by a team member by the name of Aarzoow. Who went above and beyond to offer advice and assistance and had the patience of an angle. With that set of skills I was surprised to learn that she wasn’t the manager of the store, as she was definitely modeling one.

Excellent customer service this morning.

Even though the store didn't have what I was after, this was a true example of how customer service should look.

It's a shame they couldn't help, because this type of service is what I like to support.

Went to buy a suit and it was perfect. Staff are highly courteous, and lovely individuals that know how to work professionally with customers. Highly knowledgeable on their products too, in turn helping one decide on a suit or item or colour etc. Keep it up guys!
