One of the best hot cross buns I have tried.

The bun is a beautifully balanced blend of spices, fruit , moist and "heaviness" . A lot of buns don't get the balance right.

Perfect without butter when fresh, the next day lightly toasted with some cultured butter.

Great find at our local Wilson's store in Ballarat.

A friend brought the garlic loaf/bread to our house and we immediately planned a visit for the next week and pretty much bought one of everything- absolutely DELICIOUS! I’ve literally just had the pavlova jam on scones and I can’t wait to head there and grab some more! Thanks guys!

So good I wish we'd never discovered it! 😂 The seeded sourdough is our favourite...the unsliced artisan loaf. So exquisitely sour, it makes the whole kitchen smell delicious and it makes the most scrumptious toast. 👌🏼

Amazing gem in Airport West. No longer do I need to drive 20min to get a good quality sourdough. And they have a loyalty card!
