Autobarn has fantastic product range and great service. Jake provided excellent service, he was very patient towards someone with very little car knowledge, went the full distance to recommend best value most durable part, and even advised me how to install it. I signed up as a member and look forward to future catalogue specials, will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I was in need of coolant & oil for my vehicle, I got there far later than planned, & even though it was just near closing time, Lucas was so helpful & even checked & re-filled the oil & coolant for me! The other staff were lovely as well, excellent service!

Amazing service. Yesterday I was served by the region manager and he provided me with quick and friendly service! I went in looking for globes for my headlights and even ended up replacing them for me. Definitely the kind of person you want representing your company and store. I didn't get his name but I will be returning for any other questions or products I need.

Luke served me yesterday - all I needed was 1L of oil - but I had a 1 year old on my hip and he gave some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thanks so much for putting the oil in for me and being so kind and helpful.

One of the best deliveries of service, help and advice I have experienced. Staff go out of their way to ensure the customer is satisfied and relaxed. Had trouble fitting getting and fitting a wiper blade on an older model car. Spent time with us even after the store had shut for the day. Nothing was too difficult for these guys. Recommend +++

Today we drove across town & the wonderful Rene The Mexican Marvel helped us to fix my Toyota Kluger radio It needed an antenna adaptor for the radio Great friendly service. Very helpful & now we have tunes Woohoo 5 star service .

Went here to have one of the team to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my reverse camera. The fellow...can't remember his name, started with J... Was super helpful and fixed it within minutes! The guy on the phone Jake was also very helpful. Thanks guys!

Always quick to respond to queries and very helpful over the phone (even when I'm being a pain!)
Prabath(or pebbles as they call him) is always quick to lend a hand when needed, though i broke the interdimensional time barrier to try to make it there before closing time, i was met with the rollerdoor, withering and crashing to my knees as tears stream from my eye i look to the sky and start to scream.... then like a beacon of sweet heavens bright light.....there he is.

with a smile he asked how he could help. as i pleaded my case he continued to smile and without hesitation he picked me up and lead my sorrow through the back door assisted by Sam. both of them happily completed the transaction and i had my much needed parts.
Would definitely recommend these guys, i ordered and it arrived the following day. efficient and experienced car enthusiasts which this kind of retail store needs. keep up the good work boys.

Excellent service- urgently needed my headlight changed on vintage car it was a difficult job-Lucas took on the challenge and even attached a left off cover left off by a previous mechanic. I have had many jobs completed by Auto Barn including replaced wipers & installation of reverse cameras on our cars. Always completed to an exceptional level. Thanks Lucas and Airport West Team!

Went in looking for spark plugs which were specific to my race car. Lucas was an absolute gun in showing interest by taking his time to source from other stores the right plugs. The service level now at the Airport West store is second to none as also other staff have gone out of their way to help with items like reversing cameras and windscreen wipers etc.

Bought a new battery for my old Mitsubishi 380 on a Sunday. Only $200 - what a bargain. Thankyou Autobarn it Got me home from the shopping centre.

Purchased a mobile phone holder for my Kluger today and I was fortunate enough to be served by a gentleman whose name was Ronaldo.
Ronaldo explained the differences between the mobile phone holders that were available and then quickly installed the holder, we chose ,in my car.

Airport West Autobarn has to be one of the best Autobarns i have ever been to in Melbourne.All the team are very friendly,extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service,especially Adrian and Paul who answered all my questions and both went above and beyond.Left my car there for a day to get my new stereo and reverse camera installed by Jayden who was an absolute gentleman who did such amazing job.He showed me how to use all the features and nothing was too much trouble for him..I thoroughly recommend going and seeing the boys at Autobarn in Airport West,you will not be disappointed,I will definitely be back.
