Love love love love my orders from Inka Arthouse! I had ordered a size that was a wee bit small, however they have exceptional customer service and sorted me out immediately. Couldn’t recommend enough and cannot wait for the rest of my prints to arrive!!

Had a very positive experience despite not loving the item I ordered. I ordered a print and wasn't overly happy with it when it arrived, it was The Swimmers, and I expected it to be sharp and it was a print of a canvas, so had that grainy type texture. Totally fine if that is what you are after, but it wasn't what I expected.

After reaching out to advise of my concerns Inka Arthouse were prompt, polite and professional. They were happy to take the item back and provide a refund. They also gave me a lovely bonus, by way of an apology, which I thought was well above and beyond.

I went back and purchased another item as I was so pleased with their service.

I ordered a print from Inka Arthouse and sadly in transit the couriers cracked the glass part of the frame, despite Inka’s best efforts in keeping the print safe. I emailed them and the amazing customer service representative Adam assured me a replacement would be sent promptly. I’m very pleased with their customer service. Great work Adam and all of the team. Your bubble wrapping skills do not go unnoticed. Best of luck with couriers in the future.

I recently bought two art prints from Inka. I won't go into long details but I had a problem of my own making with the order, the customer service at Inka couldn't have been more professional and helpful. I bought a few Inka art house artworks as a present for my Mother without many expectations, after they arrived I instantly went and bought another set of Matisse for myself. So impressed by the quality, service and all round experience!

These are beautiful quality prints at a very affordable pricepoint. We mixed and matched a few to create a really beautiful new collection of art. Adams customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever had! He helped me create realistic mock-ups of how the artworks would look I’m my actual room & really helped me pick the perfect piece. My daughter just received this wonderful print by Hokusai - perfectly framed and delivered by hand. Inka Arthouse were very insistent on the print arriving intact and were in regular contact to make sure that someone would be there to accept it. Great, personal service. The print now has pride of place in my daughter's office - a birthday gift. I would definitely purchase from Inka Arthouse again.

There were some problems with my initial prints, but Adam was able to work things out with me and now have the beautiful prints up in the living room! Definitely adding into the character of the space!
