Yum yum! Had mango chicken and vindaloo lamb! The lamb is a little bit spicy, still but it tastes good. Definitely will be a return customer.

The most incredible Indian you've ever had. Been coming here travelling far and wide for over 20 years, and still never found any Indian food better in the whole of Victoria! My favourites are the Lamb Rogan, Chicken Tikka and the raita is to die for! The sweetest service too from the owners and waitresses.

Ganesh has been providing quality Indian dishes for over 20 years. Once a locals secret, now on a wider map judging by patronage, the food is consistently fresh and enjoyable across the menu. Linen tablecloths and friendly service make dining here feel more special than the prices would suggest. Good Indian takeaways are common enough in the East, you're spoiled for choice, but don't takeaway here, dine in with a BYO wine from just up South Parade for best value.

Couples date dinner. Ordered fish masala for my partner. I'm vegetarian so I had mushroom tandoor for entree and daal for main. They accommodate both vegetarian and vegan. There food was very tasty, great flavour, no long waiting time and friendly staff. We will definately be coming back here. Worth so much more than the rating suggests.

Back again tonight
Decided to go for lamb and prawn tonight. Seriously this is the best lamb cutlets I've ever tried in a restaurant. Soft, juicy and full of flavour. The prawn masala was cooked perfectly. I'm currently too drunk to write anymore from the excellent choice of wine we ordered. This place is the best Indian I've ever ever eaten.

A Blackburn gem. Such flavours! They have goat on the Menu!!! Golden rule, if you see goat curry, order it! Fabulous, as was the spices and flavours in the prawn masala. Oh! Best papadums I've ever eaten. And the service was very good. The waitress was so cool..even better when she starts baracking for Richmond 🐅

Great place for Indian food and service. Close to Blackburn train station, and parking.

Best in the eastern suburbs, have tried them all, this is the most flavory spices from the breads to the curries very good, samosa Tandoori Chicken & beef vindaloo

Ganesh is my favourite Indian restaurant in Melbourne! we had the lamb Korea and butter chicken and it was delicious! the mango lassi is out of this world! the people there are so friendly and the restaurant is beautifully clean and pretty. its perfect for 'date nights' ! thanks ganesh! zara x

This was THE BEST Indian meal we have EVER tasted & we have eaten at many different Indian restaurants.
The staff were so friendly, efficient & welcoming. The flavours of the lamb biriyani, butter chicken & the lamb rogan josh were AMAZING! We also loved the samosas and butter nan bread....delish! We cannot wait to return!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good service and nice food. Nice flavours but no heat in the standard banquet. Menu could show which are the hotter varieties. Would go back, well worth a visit.

This Indian restaraunt is one of the best ones i've been to in a very long time. The food was served by friendly staff and it was very tasty. Great value for money too.

My partner and I were so excited to dine here and we were not disappointed! The food was outstanding and the service was helpful and friendly. Happy to say that this will be a regular experience from now on.

Went for dinner last night for the first time with a friend and had a lovely Indian meal. My favourite dishes by far had to be the achari lamb. This was the first time I had seen such a dish at an Indian restaurant and I’m glad I decided to give it a try. A nice twist of the traditional achar pickle dish turned into a curry. The keema naan were also super delicous. This coupled with super friendly staff made for the best dining experience possible.

We had dinner there last night. My husband had the Madras Beef Curry, we shared Cheese Naan and I had the Malai Kofta. Yum! We will definitely return.

Loved the food & service! Felt I needed to review it before we even left the restaurant. The chef made the curries vegan for me too. Great $-$$ local eat out.

A friend of mine invited me here and I have heard many good things about the restaurant so I was eager to go there. Our evening was very nice and well organized. We had some wine, some excellent Indian food and the place has my highest approval.
