Our 2 year old son took off from us and I couldn't find him, I was getting super stressed so notified the staff. They were amazing, they communicated it to all staff via the radio and placed a staff member at the front door and helped us search. They were on the phone to the center security and then we found him. Amazing service. Very impressed with how they handled it. Great work.

We rang the Fountain Gate store yesterday chasing 2 Collingwood football Guernseys for our grandsons. We were
lucky to have a lovely lady named Penny answer the phone. After some discussion about sizes this very helpful, friendly and professional woman searched extensively and found the sizes we required. Very happy and grateful for good old fashioned service. Many thanks to Penny 😀😀😀

Great place to buy your mother's Day gift ,they have some really nice stuff I was nicely surprised and they always have a great selection of tradie underwear 😁 it's so comfortable,thanks best and less,oh and there baby collection is so cute,great prices and quality which is great as baby clothes are constantly in the washing machine so quality is important,and they grow very quickly so the prices are great for upsizing

I like the prices for the organic cotton tees. I feel like the staff are honestly in a good mood. I have had heaps of help from them. Always had a decent experience at this shop.

Best and Less is the place to purchase decent, reasonably priced clothes for children, babies, teenagers, women and men. Staff are very helpful.

Great value buys particularly for babies and kids. Love that they’ve introduced click and collect now. And the 100 day returns window is real handy!

This is a good shop more so for women and children even though they have men's wear I've bought a few things over the year's, this is my go to shop when I can't find what I'm looking for.

Busy shop, but team members even though flat out serving, they still had time to dance and sing to the instore music.
