the bacon & cheese pie and sausage roll were heavenly. perfectly spiced and flaky! the customer service was also excellent, i accidentally dropped my pie and the blonde girl at the counter offered to get me a new pie, even helped clean the mess i made bc of my clumsiness :( thank you so much!

definitely gonna go back here, you got yourself a new customer for the next year or so

Hands down the best pies in the north of Brisbane. Had two, one tomato and onion and a mince and cheese. The pastry is just right with that buttery taste. The colour and texture of the gravy and meat (not chunky!) is perfect. Pies under $7, great service and very clean. Came across this beauty after my friend saw this bakery was suggested by a Kiwi. As a fellow Kiwi, we love our pies so go on make your way there now.

As a kiwi we like to think our pies are the best. Theese guys do a pie that nearly gets there. The custard square (vanilla slice) however is the best I've eaten anywhere, and believe me I've had a few. Amazing.

Such a wonderful bakery all their bakery goodies are delicious and tasty... they also make best breads and rolls .. staff are friendly and professional speedy service always busy because they are so good.

They have the best bread. It’s just like my dad used to make back in the day. I wall down the bread isle in supermarket and all I smell is stale bread.

The bread is AMAZING. I can't speak highly enough of it. Even when frozen, the bread is perfect when thawed out. Not doing supermarket bread ever again! Even my picky child likes the bread. This place has such a range, you'll not be disappointed. You will return.

AMAZING!!! Hands down the best bakery I've been to in such a long time. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We called in to Phelan'a for some morning tea and must say the kids all enjoyed their pies and sausage rolls, I had their carrot cake and a coffee and it was delicious 👍😊 Will definitely be back.

They have an incredible array of sweets and I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE FACT they get Norco Chocolate Milk. Wish they stocked the 2L bottles. I'd take em all. The jam and cream donuts are phenomenal when fresh

Best pies North of Brisbane 💪

These guys have the best pies ive ever had. You have to get there early to get the flavour you want. Their apple turnovers are also amazing.

Pretty good in all aspects i have no downsides to say about phelans bakery, however no bakery will ever live up to the sausage rolls made by the sunflower bakery in morayfield back in 2015.

This review is for anyone originally from the Burdekin, now living in Brisbane. The pasties are exactly the same as those from Ayr in North Qld. Whenever we venture over to the North side of Brisbane, we always stop in to pick up some pasties with peas. Just reminds me of home :-)

Great pies and pastries, good coffee, fast service, a range of breads and sweet treats in small and large serving sizes.

Best local bakery. I feel spoilt having this place in my backyard. It’s fresh, clean, with great variety and you won’t find a better bunch of staff.
