Took a chance looking for a new dentist and hit the jackpot here! My dentist is so gentle, my teeth have needed multiple fillings yet I have never even felt the numbing needle go in, and now attend appointments without any fear of pain, amazing. Will be using this clinic for life :)

Love this dentist! Always help me when i need emergency appointments and always treated so well by the staff. Highly recommend them :)

**adding a 2021 update**

I went in for an emergency extraction after being in the ER for unbearable pain the night before.

I was with Dr. Chris because Dr. Faktor was off for the day, as you can see from below, im not great with dentists, let alone one ive not been with before and for the most frightening of all procedures; the tooth pull.

I had such a positive experience with both Dr Chris and the nurse (i'm so sorry, I forgot your name) they talked me through everything, validated my anxiety and made me feel so at ease. I got the also much feared mouth needles, and I can 100% honestly confirm, I DID NOT FEEL THEM (except the last one but it felt being poked with a fingernail. They put a numbing goo on first, so I wasnt stuck gritting my teeth (pun intended) and going through it.

The tooth was broken at the gum line, not an easy job and I wasnt even sure if it could be pulled out without surgery. spoiler, it could and it was.

They said it would take under a minute to pull the tooth... more like under 10 seconds.

Thank you all so much. I have recommended you all to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

I have not been to the dentist in 15+ years due to extreme white coat syndrome.

Dr. Roland Faktor was patient, calm, informative and non judgmental about my massive anxiety and the amount of time I avoided the dentist.

He took all of the fear out of the experience, explaining everything that he was doing, while he was doing it; I was so so lucky to have him.

The nurse was kind and kept me calm during the appointment too, as were the receptionists (it took me a lot to just step into the waiting room)

The whole experience took me from being terrified of everything dental to booking my next appointment 6 months ahead of time.

Dr Roland Faktor has been my dentist for 25 years, great service from Roland and the team who are all understanding of the patients needs. Changing appointments is never a problem and the staff are always very accommodating. A Knowledgeable dentist who I can highly recommend.

Receptionist Natalie so rude. I had a filling done a few months ago and today it fell out. I rang to ask for an emergency appointment for a temporary filling and was told I had to wait 6 days for an appointment. When I again asked for an emergency appointment, Natalie advised me as if she was speaking to a 5 year old, that people survive with broken teeth. I have been a patient of this clinic for over 5 years and that is not an acceptable way to speak to someone
