Invaluable assistance and excellent service! Below was my story.
Before knowing Chris, I was with the other Legal firm in Melbourne but I believed they provided me wrong information about the stamp duty. I did some researches by myself and verified it. Well, should not assume that lawyer knows everything, I was really disappointed and then I was introduced Chris Le by the real estate agent.
He advised and followed up almost 18 months off the plan property and helped me to complete the settlement and after sales/property settlement, he also followed up with the vendor solicitor for fixing all defects from the building. He's amazing. I'm very happy to introduce him to anyone who needs it. I highly recommend his service as he provides an invaluable assistance and excellent service, he is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and so easy to talk with.
