Coles Footscray

I really like this store. It feels very spacious upon entering, and the staff are always so friendly. The produce always seems fresh, and the shelves are always stocked for my needs. The only downside about it is some of the clientele it gets sometimes - thieves, people on drugs, etc. It's not a regular occurrence, and the security is always alert, so there is nothing to fear. It's just when you see it, sometimes it diminishes the shopping experience, other times it's a great story to tell. I like this store very much, it's just that I wish it were in a better location.

Good shopping experience at Christmas Eve. 10pm Closes. But who were in they were able to shop late. In a busy time staff were helpful.

For free 2 hrs parking you need to Spend $15 or more and validate. Good secured parking. Liked the place.

Writing a review for Coles Footscray simply because Stefan was such a nice bloke! What an absolute legend! Wouldn’t normally write a review for a supermarket, but exceptions are to be made when you employee staff like Stefan.

Thank you JOSH the afternoon duty Manager. Where the deli had wrong prices on fish and the deli manager refused to honour the displayed prices. Thank you so much for making things right. You went out of your way to help in the most discrete quiet manner. I will come back to Coles because YOU helped. Thx

I just love this store, all the staff members and helpful.

What a delightful place to shop. My friend Dirk had such fun finding the ingredients for his meal here that his body began to break the laws of physics and he ceased to exist in just one dimension. I had to return my shredded chicken to the deli and prepare for his funeral.

I think this is a really great store. The employees here are so kind and helpful. I couldn't find a particular product and this female worker went out of her way to help me locate it.

It was a large Coles store, good service

All good ... we got what we looked for. There was plenty parking too.

Has a wide range of everyday essentials plus more....

As good as any other Coles. They offer 2 hours free parking if your bill is 15$ or more.
So make sure to take a receipt after your purchase if you parked your car in this facility.

Staff here is very good. I once forgot to take my receipt at self checkout and asked a staff to help retrieve it and she was ready and willing to help me out despite the rush hour.

Have a good collection of products at fair prices. Often crowded, so expect to wait for billing.

Well stocked with heaps of different international foods, could even grab a few kosher products here! The security and staff are really helpful and friendly. Everyone is low key and even when busy not overstimulating and intense.

This is My Second Favorite Melbourne Coles Store, I've moved recently, and when I Visit my Family and Friends in Footscray I still Drop in here for Great Bargains Still and I Like the Fantastic Staff and with the Great Service Thanks for Reading yours Maddie B

Great variety of products and always well stocked up! The staff are all really friendly and helpful with finding anything that you might need which is better than some supermarkets. Having the Liquorland in the same complex is handy as well. The parking up above the supermarket is easy to access and if you spend $15 or more in Coles, Kmart or Liquorland then the parking is free which makes it even easier to use the complex.

Best coles in the West. They are always friendly, great customer service nomatter what time of day and pick up their phones unlike other stores.

Good international section

Just done my first online order with coles footscray ... & Clem the delivery man was amazing with helping and his customer service skills were amazing . I'll now be swapping from Woolworths to coles .. because customer service with people like Clem make a person's day so much better 💯 Thankyou Coles for choosing Clem to be apart of Coles .

I have been shopping here for 10+ years,the staff here at Footscray are so kind and helpful
They do there up most to help you and considering how some of the customer's Can be they handle it professionally, they are also really patient and polite with friendly a smile.
Also a well stocked store.
