A few weeks ago, I was served by the owner's daughter, and I have to be honest...
She has NO CUSTOMER skills at all, very arrogant and rude.
I was very very SURPRISED Kim Trang Jewellery still can service until today.
If I spend thousands $$$ to buy a piece of jewellery, I definitely not come to this shop because my experience tell me that...they don't appreciate their clientele. It seems like their customers need them more than they need their customers.

I been to this place couple of times before. Honestly she got no customer service but during my last visit she was acting like an idiot. It seems she don't want to have customer in her shop. Definatley not coming back to this shop again and recommend this shop to anyone who want to get humilated. Very very Bad customer service.
