Visited Mimco Highpoint yesterday and I have to say Ella who works there is one of the most useful employees I have ever used. She is extremely polite and helped me pick the perfect gift for my wife who loved her gift. Recommend asking for Ella if you need any help.

1st time in a Mimco store and won’t be the last! Much friendlier than Oroton staff and just a much more pleasant experience all round! Cudos to the staff who made the time to get my just made click & collect order sorted so I didn’t have to go back another day just to pick it up!

I have been a fan of MIMCO for years. I went to the shop on Wednesday and accidentally left my own diamond earring on the glass table. I called up to see if the staff saw it somewhere. Emma was so lovely, she followed it up and found it for me! angel~~ It is my 21st birthday present from mum. Thanks you so much! Just because it has nothing to do with sale, but the service is fantastic. I am very impressed! Thanks again!

Returned a phone cover due to the case fading in colour. I had only had it 20 days. The lady that served me, I think her name was Hannah, was really helpful and apologetic. She also replaced it for me. Thanks so much.
