The road in seemed to be recently graded, entrance from Davies Creek was accessible with 2WD van.

Be wary of tight, sightless bends the road was busy with 4WDs, motorbikes and cyclists.

As I understand, ebooking of camping sites is essential - however I was on a day trip. As it's a National Park don't bring your pets.

The Ridge Trail Walk is probably better enjoyed with fit people with good knees; it really hurt. Well worth the pain all the same; not saying I'm stronger for succeeding but also I didn't die.

The habitat and views are exceptional.
