Dr. Vadim Mirmilstein is an absolutely amazing dr that I would recommend to anyone looking for a fertility specialist or obstetrician. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell cares for his patients by the way he advocates for the best outcome whilst also making sure his patients are well informed. If you are contemplating taking the roller coaster journey of IVF, Dr Vadim is the best! Prior to meeting with him we’d had 12 rounds of unsuccessful rounds with 2 other clinics. Dr Vadim reassured us along our journey, making us both feel we were in safe hands. We never felt like a number. My husband and I had the pleasure to see Dr Mirmilstein for our first pregnancy. Dr Mirmilstein is superbly knowledgeable. As an advanced age expectant mum with first baby, I'm naturally very anxious. Dr Mirmilstein has been very kind and supportive since the beginning. Terri, Dr Mirmilstein's practice manager, has been an absolutely delight and super helpful as well. He's office is always very calm and pleasing. I would definitely come back to see Dr Mirmilstein again for our second baby ( if we're lucky enough).I strongly recommend Dr Mirmilstein and his service!

Excellent surgeon! Dr Vadim removed my large ovarian dermoid cyst without any complications. My surgery was scheduled 1 week from our first meeting. In addition to the cystectomy, Dr Vadim checked my uterus and flushed my tubes whilst I was under the same GA. My post op recovery was smooth and I was out and about 4 days post surgery. I was really scared and anxious before surgery but he was very reassuring. Highly recommend if looking for a skilled gynaecologist trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery. I cannot thank him enough for safely removing my tumour. The team at Epworth was also fantastic.

Dr. Vadim Mirmilstein was absolutely amazing, he was straight forward with his recommendations, listened to my wants/needs and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. During my pregnancy he kept monitoring me, not just bubs but me too, he cared about my health and wellbeing as much as he did bubs. Dr Vadim Mirmilstein created a seamless experience when it came to handling our parter IVF request. The success of our pregnancy will forever be attributed to selecting this dedicated specialist. From the moment we met him, we felt the sense of a results driven professional. We were not mistaken as one round of IVF followed by one implantation procedure and we are soon expecting our first child, albeit in our forties. Agreed it’s not always meant to be this easy, although based on our personal experience, it was, and with limited time left for us, we could not be more grateful. Dr Vadim is very professional, knowledgeable, well mannered and easily accessible. Once during my wife's pregnancy, around 2:00am, she wasn't feeling well and we wanted to get some advise from the Dr. and after we paged him, got a call back directly from Dr. Vadim within couple of minutes. We were really impressed. The ambience in the East Melbourne clinic is great and we always felt relaxed and welcoming during out visits. Highly recommend Dr Vadim.

Dr Mirmilstein delivered our beautiful baby girl in August 2018 by c section. Being our first child, we were naturally quite anxious about the pregnancy and impending birth. Dr Mirmilstein's calm, professional and matter-of-fact approach helped alleviate our fears greatly, and we felt we were in capable hands. He was always quick to reply to queries, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and I trusted his opinions and advice. The office manager Terri was also great to deal with, and was friendly and professional. The c section itself went very smoothly, and our baby was delivered quickly and healthy. My own healing process was quick and relatively pain free thanks for the good work of Dr Mirmilstein. He also came in to check on me each day I was in hospital. Overall, I would definitely recommend him and hope to have Dr Mirmilstein deliver our second child in the future should we be so fortunate.

I first meet Dr Mirmilstein in 2017 when we decided to consult a fertility specialist to have our first child. Dr Mirmilstein has been fantastic throughout the journey to become pregnant with my first and second child. He is warm and friendly but also realistic and open regarding the success rates.
