Recently spoke with a friend who spoke highly of this company and their customer service. Upon calling, the customer service rep Chloe was very kind, patient and extremely helpful to finding my product of desire over the phone. Would definitely be keen to visiting them in person once this dreadful lockdown period comes to an end!

After searching recently for two oat side tables, I recently found exactly what I wanted here.
Not only were the tables around $200 cheaper than elsewhere, but they are just perfect. Delivery was prompt and the tables well packed.
Communications were a breeze with this company.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My requests for a part to fix the broken chair that was delivered in that state has been ignored. The phone number listed is never answered nor is there a message bank. Emails ignored are too. Very disappointing service and would not recommend to anyone. Ombudsman has been contacted.
