I got the 24 piece nuggets and they gave me 28.
They were hot and fresh and came out very quickly.

I ordered online through the App and picked up my order last night in store, the chicken was cooked to perfection.

Usually, most KFC’s you go to, they’re too lazy to put in a spoon, serviette’s and a refresher towel, it was all there without having to ask, as it should be!

Please pass this positive feedback onto your crew on shift last night at about 8pm on Friday the 9th of June. 👍👍👍

My five stars is all toward the very pite employee I encountered today. I regretfully didn't get her name but she was working at your store around 11.45am Dec 2. She has ringlet hair and I hope you an identify her from this as she was so courteous, proper and had manners you do not see these days. What a absolute champion. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves what a asset to you store.

The kids who work here should receive a medal for stoicly fending off the endless waves of braindead and abusive gronks who come through. Whatever they're paying you: it's not enough. Get out of customer service before you end up misanthropes.

Great atmosphere it’s nice and comfortable all newly renovated inside and the staff are friendly but they also have the self serve kiosks which are great. Food was standard quality and it’s easy to park and move through the drive though

I am extremely proud of the staff at this KFC expecially the lady manager I will presume. I took my 3 boys to the KFC to have lunch after attending a game of soccer. I forgot my wallet which has all my life in it, UK licence and bank cards, Australian licence and bank cards. I was hald way through to Melton when I realised all my stuff is missing. As it was the only place I could have left, drove back and behold the lady had my wallet, she has been looking for ways to get in touch through social media and was intending to drive to Melton just to give it to me as my Australian address was on my licence. I eternally grateful for kindness and must say up until that moment my Australian experience has not been great. They made my day and it is people like this that changes perceptions. Keep up the good work at KFC Broadmeadows. I will definitely come back for a visit soon.

Don't usually leave extended reviews but the staff deserve it. Been in the area close to a decade and by far the best KFC in Victoria. There has been few times i was disappointed but the good experiences and food overcomes them. Fresh hot food out of the fryer, generous, good hospitality, staff behaved and clean.
Keep it up boys and girls!!

Fast, professional service and no waiting when I was there on a Saturday at lunch time. Various seating options including outdoor under cover. Food was standard KFC like most stores. Good position with Bunnings and Harvey Norman right next door and there's also a Dominoes pizza next door if the family wants variety within the one meal. Definitely better than the Roxburgh Park KFC nearby.

Best KFC I’ve ever been to. Amazing customer service and amazing management. Food is amazing as always. Keep up the good work!!

Great services located inside broadmeadows central with food court seating plenty room to move.They have buckets of secrets up there sleeves from a handful to a giant bucket of chicken and many more to choose from clean and tidy with excellent view all around.
