I had a great experience with Michael,we bought a dryer and it was such a good deal with extended warranty. He was very attentive and seems truly want to help customers and also polite. So yeah no foul experience!

Just received a delivery from Harvey Norman done by Tokoa And David from Mr bb transport
They done very good job ,I think I choked best delivery guys because they shift my heavy coaches on the 4th floor which is not very easy job . I really appreciate these guys. They very hard working and nice. Thanks

Was provided with the best service by Lina 🙏🙏 we bought the Roborock vacuum and mop. So happy, she explained everything very thoroughly and we felt comfortable buying from her. Will definitely be back to buy more stuff.

I was having issues with pairing a wireless headset to my macbook & they told me to bring it into the store & they'll do it for me & with the friendliest customer service she was successful in doing so. I really like shopping there. The woman at the counter is always welkoming, smiling and very kind. Today i bought a kettle and a coffee machine, I was served by a young girl named Amen (sorry if spelled incorrectly) She was very helpful and patient with me even if i changed my mind every five minutes. She gave me the best for my new purchases guarantee and was very professional all the time. Thanks guys!

Amazing!!! We were really impressed with not only the way the store looks, but the Customer Service there was of a high standard, especially Dana, who went above and beyond to assist us with extra accessories for our mixer. She showed us all the accessories that you can buy for this mixer online and thoroughly explained each of their functions. Throughout the whole time, she served us with a smile, she was very patient and understanding with us as we were not 100% sure what specific extension we wanted to get. We were only planning to buy one of the accessories but through Dana's help we ended up buying two!! Thank you Dana!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

We wanted to upgrade our daughter's bedroom from teen to young adult and needed a double bed option that was affordable and durable. We looked in a lot of places and couldn't find what we needed until we came across the Palm Beach bed from Harvey Norman. Apart from the additional storage what we liked the most about this bed was that it was made from timber rather than MDF, which was especially important when it came to the slats of the bed. Despite it being lockdown and unable to visit the store, Michael, in bedding, from the Broadmeadows store assisted us superbly. He was patient with all our questions and constant calls and with his expert help we were able to buy a bed without even seeing it until it arrived. I am happy to say we are very pleased with it and would do it again with the help of assistance from people like Michael. Thank you Harvery Norman and thank you Michael!

I ordered for Mitsubishi aircon units to be supplied and installed all over the phone as it was a bit far for me to travel but this Harvey Norman was the closest to me. Tony was amazing. Gave me a great deal and managed to sort it all over the phone for me. Next day delivery and following day, the installers arrived to put it all up for me. Tony was friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. Very happy with my experience with Harvey Norman through Tony. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and honest guy. i bought alot of things from this store The good thing about the whole staffis they dont try to sell expensive things but try to evaluate your requirements 1st and suggest you what suits best for you.

Went there to look for furniture and was assisted by Rupin, she looked after us and went above and beyond all our expectations. She listened and suggested the best options. She gave us plenty of time and answered all the questions we had.

The staff member I spoke with in electronics was both helpful and pleasant. I knew what I wanted, he picked up the items from around the store for me, and I was out the door in no time.
The store has a COVID safe check-in. A valid vaccine certificate required for entry, and your vaccination status is check by security guard at the door. Some may not like this, but please don't take your frustration out on the security guard. He is just doing his job.
