Had an incredible experience here! I was in need of a wooden slat for my cupboard. With the aid of Isobel (Issy), I was able to find the timberyard with ease and she aided me in procuring the perfect board that would hold all my food, I'm talking soup cans, lentil tins, timtams and more! Very sturdy. Isobel (Issy) helped me find another coworker to cut it for me too. I was able to make my payment with Aiden (Adog), who was very friendly and make the financial transaction incredibly easy! Thankyou to these two young workers, they have an incredible future ahead of them. Definitely will be seeking these two for help in my future homeware endeavours! Bunnings Broadmeadows is well worth the visit for incredible, personable customer service experience!

A big thank you to Craig who kindly helped me. even though he was busy working hard stocking the shelves he went above and beyond suggesting good options when I needed some help with a pest bird! Best customer service!! The team here are always so helpful, there’s plenty of stock available on the shelf’s and easy parking.

. I went tody with a problem with my battery and charger Chris from the tool shop was very helpful and have a lot of knowledge he give me advice and sort out the problem . I am very happy with his service .

Usually I would rate the service here hit and miss however tonight I was served by Isobel at the register. All I can say is she's an asset to your team and provides great customer service.

Very well arranged items, didn't have to tour the whole set up to look for what I needed. Prices very affordable and staff very helpful! Nice place at the back to chill and have a hot cup of Chai Latte too on these cold wintry days, while the wife is doing her bit of shopping!!
