I go to this store atleast five times a day, so you can pretty much call me a Sharetea Waverley Gardens connoisseur. Having had interactions with all the staff, I have had a delightful and welcoming experience, and their drinks that they meticulously make are delicious. Sometimes Ellen can be seen slacking, and her drinks sometimes taste funky, so if you are served by her just be wary. Other than that, it is a great store with great people and great service. I will continue to purchase drinks here on a regular basis. :)

I’ve been going to Sharetea in Waverley Gardens quite a lot for the Lychee milk tea with lychee jelly. Victoria and Ellen are outstanding worker. Great customer service / drinks. Thanks :)

Tried couple of flavours but the 'tiger mango' I found best.

Kids love the tiger mango with popping pearls.

I’ve been to this place many times. The staff are usually really nice and determined. Always go past this place when I’m at Waverley Gardens. :)

Haven't tasted it. Shop closes at 5, not 5:30. Went there 5:15 just now and they've all packed up. I changed the time on the website so people won't be misled.

Always runs out of stock every time i come here. Sometimes they run out of flavour powder, sometimes pearls. Never have I ever ordered something I wanted because of their supply issues. So im left to either order something else or just walk away. Nowadays, i dont even bother approaching them.

I’ve been here a few times but just then, the lazy staff rudely and abruptly informed me that they were already closed at 5pm even though they’re meant to be open until 8pm on Thursdays. Extremely poor customer service. Will definitely not be back after this.

Very rude customer service. Especially the guy at the shop.

Mate if you don't want to work, don't work. Do not show your bad attitude to the customer. You just ruin customer's day with your bubble tea.
