Forest and Fae

Entered this shop and was instantly transported to a fairy land. I definitely wouldn't take my little one into this shop so I'm not sure what other people are complaining about. If the owner is watching you it's because she probably cops a lot of theft, which is really sad. This shop actually MADE my day and I was able to buy things I can't find elsewhere. Everything is subjective and in my opinion it was very reasonable I got the most gorgeous unique candle holders for only $10. The most beautiful tarot poster, etc. I'm sorry to hear people think they can run around price matching like some cheap market place. I took her business card and told others about her beautiful shop. I just wish you had some of the Odin's ladders for sale and not just decoration! I will be back to buy some more beautiful items the next time I visit. Thankyou for making my visit magical.

Got the pleasure of finding this shop at kryal castle. Was amazing so many goodies really gave the cc a workout. Definately recommend for those in the know.

Huh where to start??
Our first experience at Kryal castle and everything about it except you and your co-worker was wonderful. You both had terrible manners towards your customers and their children, making many many people uncomfortable. I had every anticipation of buying some of your items but because of your poor attitude and constant 'surveillance' of both myself and kids and other families, we spent our money elsewhere. This was a serious let down and I will be placing a complaint to Kryal Castle your business really let us down when so so many others made it such a pleasant experience.

Ohh wow.. so it was not just me. Exactly what I was thinking.. if only I had not gone into this shop, my experience today at Kryal castle would have been perfect. Seriously what a bad attitude! After selling me something for much more than a shop next door, the way this lady talked to me when I went back to request for a price match (plus she blamed the castle admin for starting to sell the same product at cheaper rate in their own shop - Kryal castle admin - hope you know who you are doing business with! .. lol.. heard of the croc who ate the hand that fed it!) .. and yes the constant surveillance when I was looking around.. really just shut your shop and stop ruining peoples fun day at the castle.. and I hope you lose your sleep way worse than I am thinking about how I got cheated today's.
